Privacy policy
Controller
Pascal Greuter is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website (contact details above). This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Visiting the website
When you visit the website, technically necessary access data is processed, in particular IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This data is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and prevent abuse. I do not analyse it or combine it with other data.
This website uses no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising and no social media plugins. Fonts and images are served directly from this website, not from third parties.
Cookies
Cookies are only set when someone unlocks a download with the password. These cookies are technically necessary, valid for 30 days and used solely to remember the unlock. No consent and no cookie banner are therefore required.
Hosting and transfers abroad
The website and the download files are hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Access data may therefore also be processed in the USA and in other countries where Cloudflare operates data centres. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which means the USA is considered to provide adequate data protection for certified companies.
Contact by e-mail
If you write me an e-mail, I only use your details to answer your request, for example to send you the download password. I do not pass them on to third parties and delete them once they are no longer needed.
People in the photos
The photos show artists during their public performances as well as festival visitors. They are published to document the festival. If you do not want to appear in a photo, please contact me at any time and I will remove the photos concerned promptly.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on my legitimate interest in a secure website and in documenting the festival (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for enquiries, on answering your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Your rights
You can request information about your personal data processed by me at any time, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Simply contact me by e-mail. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (EDÖB). If you live in the EU, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.
